Simon in WA just rang me.

It was 11.51 @124 with 1.60 60', so that's the new fastest manual.

It has a Nizpro kit, has over 400 rwkw, and tuned by Simon.

Bad luck for Simon; diff bolt snapped first attempt to get of the line.

The other big powered auto ran 10.94 @135, with 1.96 60'; 110mph at half track but snapped input shaft; that car will go a lot faster yet.

Top effort over there today.

Simon no doubt will give a full update later.

Hey Brian did it snap the input shaft on that run? Also as I am guessing that is the case, you did some calculations the other day if that had a been a WOT run all the way, what would have been a realisticr MPH?

Well, I did 9 runs in total. My best was 13.31 @ 107.39. My average run was 13.34. I just couldnt beat it. I had 3/4 of a tank of fuel. Plus I forgot to let down my tyres. So they were at 38psi.

I guess I'm happy as my car is stock apart from the custom tune. Plus I'm only running 9 PSI of boost

Not a bad time Andrew, good job!

There is a trick to stalling up the ZF (someone will correct me if this is wrong) When you are on the line put it in 2nd and stall it up to around 2200, then as you come off the line hit it into 1st gear and off you go. The car won't allow you to stall up very high in first before it closes the throttle to protect the driveline - this trick gets around that

Unless you asked them to do it, I doubt it was done, taking torque tags out of the tune will shorten the life of the box, maybe you should talk to CV to check if they did or not mate

here is my time slip, and dyno sheet, I did not bother changing some of the mods on the sheet, so don't go by them.

10.51 @ 128.37mph and 385rwks standed BA internals race trim.
