Don't buy those rims, they are missing a lip section!! Wonder why. It's opposite the valve stem?

Yes I love my wanky lights despite them being wanky :)

So I've been doing some reading about the GT's and the the Rspecs. The only real differences I can see are higher spring rates, stiffer control blade bushes, sway bars, wider tyres and some launch control wizardry. I figure my Teins will be a crap load better than the suspension in the Rspec, and given how good having all the suspension bushes changed to Super Pro ones made my turbo feel I'll probably do the same with the GT when I get around to getting the Teins fitted...might even get some Whiteline sway bars while I'm at it. Then all I'd need to do is put some sticky 295's or 305's on the back and I'll have an Rspec eater...in theory haha. The launch control sounds like it would be handy though...

How do you guys reckon I'd get on with warranty by changing the suspension? Last thing I'd want to do is wreck my new car warranty. When I mentioned it to the salesman he said it would only affect the warranty for the suspension if I did that, but everything else would be covered. But I thought I'd see what others experiences have been with similar things???

So I competed in Modified Bike yesterday at the Motorplex and smashed it all the way through to the final last night.

We just managed to run the race when the rain started so we were lucky.

I didn't win the final, but knocking out all those wheelie bar bikes on the way there is a bit of an achievement in itself in a class where most of the guys are happy just to get past the first round.

First time into the final at one of the ANDRA rounds for me so I'm pretty f*ckin ecstatic.

Only one round left in this season on the modded road bike, but bring on the next season when the turbo Ranga bike returns to the track in Group 2 Comp Bike on its new diet of alcohol and drag slicks where it'll be 8.90's or GTFO !
