Will get some of them fitted tommorow. There's some of them painted in the thread on my ute.

Afaik it's more in materials than $500 to do a car.

Had a go at doing my wheels again, except this time didn't paint the whole things. It's blaze purple with a few coats of glossifier on top

Let me know what you think

Also did my mrs wheels on her cruze the same but no pics because Expensive Daewoo lol

Taped up everything henz and did light coats like normal, I thought the plastidip would cut itself on the spokes because they're sharp edges but it didn't do it like I wanted and when I took the tape off it left a bit of overspray peeled up on the inside of some of the spokes. So just went around with a sharp razor blade and cleaned it all up. The purple is definitely different to the can. I think the colour base of the wheel makes a big difference. My spokes were silver so the purple came out lighter. The gloss really brought the colour out more too. worth having a play with

When I did my mrs I sprayed and peeled the tape straight away. Doesn't work as easily as it does in youtube videos lol.
