check this out dyno readout.

...Heres the 'low boost' 320kw package for the XR6T. This is only running slightly more boost than stock and a couple of computer tweaks. Stock was the 190rwkw, Stage I low boost is 252rwkw. 300rwkw should be a doddle, with complete reliability. Look for the low boost package being commercially available, and ADR tested by the end of April.

My tip would be a slight boost increase, full exhaust system and optimisation of air fuel ratios and ignition timing.

Stage 1 boost is equal to 252 rear wheel kws.

A Boss 290, should have about 203 rear wheel kws!

Cheap power or what?

my name is Scott & I'm from Brissy.

I visited Chiptorque at Nerang on the Gold Coast friday just gone, "Lachlan" informed me that in approx. a fortnight they will release a stage 1 (chip only) power upgrade of approx. an extra 70kw. Lachlan has the manual version where I & a close mate of mine have autos. We'll be keeping in contact with him on a regular basis, with mine being a work vehicle I'm hoping that there'll be no difference below 2000rpm.

Having only gotten my machine in the beginning of March, I'm still in the "wonderment" phase.

Regards Scott Hogan

A guy who works at Ford told me the XR6 turbos have been wound right down when stock. You guys who own them would have to be laughing with the potential your sitting on of 300+ kWs.Should be interesting to see what the Performance Companies can come up with over the next few months.

I've heard good things of Chiptorque, and would be interested in a chip only enhancement.

Any idea of price?

Contact them through their web site - you can probably get an idea of their prices from there anyway:
