I find cheese ruins the texture of the meat/salad combination :(

nup, flavour is too strong and overwhelms the kebab meat... an onion/lemon on top of the cooking rotisserie can work well to make only a tiny gradation in taste difference.

yeah... I know. That meat will always be far superior in quality... one day I'll take you up on the offer haha

 

I got this HSP from the one in Melton. Cafe Kebab. Usually pretty good quality and meet all 5 of my requirements.

This kebab is from the same place (but not the HSP, it sucked compared to the one I had in the above comment).. it doesn't completely meet my requirements, but its very close 90+% of the time I go there:

yeah, it's close by... I've walked past, but haven't gone in. It's souvlaki's... haha I should try it, just to say I've tried it, though.
