Help! Whats Wrong With The Car?

alright guys need some help.. after cleaning the inside for around 15 mins, while listening to some music (not even loud, on like power 6 or something (premium sound)) the car wont start.. surely it cant be the battery!!?!?

this is what the dash shows when I try turn it on. plz help !!

Just thought I would give you another tip that might help you in the future:

If the car won't move, check the handbrake!!!

Actually one more,

You may notice a guage in the centre of the dash which has an E on the left and an F on the right. When the needle gets to the E you need to get more petrol....
