Basically our team is being move into a new management group so my role and my bosses roles have already in place in the other team. It's not saving them any $'s as we are offered the roles at our current rate.It sucks coming to terms with the redundancy but it's the position not the person nor their skill set. The company is being very generous with the payout offer and the two role offers to retain me.To put in perspective. Ive been there 3.9yrs and my payout figure is equal to a third of the figure my father received after 18yrs with another large miner. 2

Like for 12 months you can't sign up to such and such companies?

Finger crossed that you still sober tonight. I can only make it out after the little ones are asleep. So I can only leave between 07:30pm-08:00pm.I am with Steve, I can't afford to stay out super late as it is a work day tomorrow. It will however be good to catch with you guys.So where do you guys want to meet up? You guys could meet up for dinner as mentioned by Steve and then I will catch up with you guys after that. Not sure how flexible your movement is especially with kids too.
