going by that Camo I reckon you would be sweet with that one just by getting it blueslipped. 

It wouldn't need to be engineered or EPA'd etc.

Thing doesn't look to have great condition paint or engine bay for something with < 40,000km on it!  Camera quality does seem to be a bit crap though so maybe that's it.
