Here is the difference. SG iron has nodules of graphite and grey (flake) iron has long thin slivers of graphite, which come to a point. This point is an ideal location for a crack to start. Yanks cant even spell grey (gray) and they dont even know the difference between graphite ( carbon ) and lead. Tool bags.... Mister USA. See Carbon is C and Lead is Pb, and see lead is just a bit heavier.
