Call the RAC and let them know it was a pi$$ poor effort, and they broke further bits. As if your premium isnt high enough then they rip you off. Not good!! And dont just speak to the 1st idiot that answers the phone get hold of somebody with a bit of clout or the..... INSURANCE OMBUDSMAN.... They will help you out. Dont put up with secend rate repairs!D
