My question is, who paid for the badges, the cop who drives the car or 'us'?Just an aside.The police can't stop you taking photos of them.They will probably ask you to stop and say something about it being illegal but I'm pretty sure unless they suspect that it contains pics of a crime, they can't confiscate it or charge you for taking photos of them.
