Legacy Donating Member 10,981 Member For: 13y 5m 7d Gender: Male Location: Frankston, 3199 Posted 28/09/15 04:20 PM Posted 28/09/15 04:20 PM Truth be told - it's not that bad when you're on the program.Farking easy to decide "what's for dinner"I was slipping a little, so took the weekend off be BAD and start back up properly again with a reset.Have to cook and do meals for a 15yo and it's honestly not that hard to cook up a proper meal for the kids and keep on the menu.Scary thing is how bad a rebound is after the weekend - was a good 5kg worth of ribs, wings and VB's I've gone backwards with.Definitely have to get below where I need to be and then watch what I do - 3 steps forward, 2 step back :S20+kg down in 3 months and another dozen to go if I do it properly - 20+kg to put on if I don't :(But fark yeah - I made this weekend reset worth it - First beers in a few months, smoked ribs, reverse seared steak, cooked up some buffalo wings - rice, bread and spuds (the bad 3)It's going to be hard til about thursday with me back on the program, but the reset will help me get to the next stage. 1
