Cooked myself another chilli, using two of the capsicums from last time.

 

This time I chucked in 4 cayenne chillies and 5 jalapenos. @k31th I promise you these were not mild chillies. I ate a thin slice and died out the arse. My boy decided to partake (again) and went nuts for the better part of half an hour. They don't burn that long but they clearly did something to his happy system. The younger bloke tried it and cried like a baby. No more for him.

 

All of the usual ingredients, including 2 tbsps of hot chilli powder and it turned out great.

 

I dunno where I went wrong, but the tops of my thumbs near the nail have turned red are burning to sh*t and have been for several hours now. It was those farken jalapenos ay.

2nd to last day on kangaroo island
Had lots of food to use
Had a big roast up
Also cooked a whole eye filet on the Webber
