I didn't want to do any mods to date for two reasons:1) Void Warranty2) I'm not keen on local turnersI've done the basic non-warranty voiding mods (KN filter, 2nd CAI). As for reason 1), Stuff it I want to have fun nowIf a turner is coming to Darwin, I plan on getting a bang for buck, SCT Livewire (if they have sorted their problems out), injectors, and eBay intercooler. I don't think I will play with the exhaust yet. I'm not after huge Kws.

adamw Member 143 Member For: 22y 5d Location: Darwin Posted 03/05/08 04:13 AM Posted 03/05/08 04:13 AM Yeah that was great fun.. I'll be back for the next one (colder night)My slips say the track temp was 45 degrees!13.8 @ 105mph was my best I think. I really have a long way to go on my 60fts couldn't get below 2.4, the track was utterly ridiculous.. I could hear all the T's spinning into 3rd.Results are herehttp://www.hiddenvalleydrags.com/raceresul...lts20080502.pdfInteresting on my run with the slick tyred Clubsport I still ran higher mph and he ran 12.9.

adamw Member 143 Member For: 22y 5d Location: Darwin Posted 30/05/08 09:07 AM Posted 30/05/08 09:07 AM Hi guysAnyone local (Darwin) interested in an airbox lower half with the factory F6 cutout for the CAI? Comes with the CAI as well. It's not an XR6T box with a hole cut in it. I'm going to put my factory airbox lower half back in before the car sells. Also got TheMeshMan grills top and bottom but I think they only fit a BF/BF2.Sad about the car leaving already and it doesn't have a 100% definite buyer yet :(Adam

Grip is a problem and the manuals are hard to getdown the strip. I was making about 265rwkw...well maybe not a 29deg...Had fun sticking it to the Expensive Daewoo boys.....Next time semi slicks....
