Turns out the kid had covid so the missus had to isolate. Her first pcr came back negative, a rat came back negative a week later and another pcr came back negative a day or two after that. I did a rat and it was negative. Despite her being in very close contact with this kid, she didn't get sick at all. She got a paid holiday so that was worth it lol. In other news...surprise motherfarker
