I'd always take the time to listen to the question, then holler out to whomever was in the office with me, hey Fred, we still got that '84 Galant starter motor, fred always replied yeah sure, I'd relay this to the caller and get them to hurry on down as it was the only one left. See I wasn't always such a nice loveable guy
