The sound system for my PC is stuck in a boot loop. Have done all kinds of unplugging action to no avail. Farken :bangcomputer:

If it makes you feel any better, my PC sh*t the bed exactly 1 year after I built it. All parts ordered during last years black friday sales. During this years black friday it died. Opened a game after freshly re-installing windows, updating the BIOS and drivers. PC crashed. Haven't been able to get it running since.

I have since verified one of the NVMe ssd's (that stored games) died, had it replaced with a different one under warranty. that's the second silicon power SSD I've had die. Got it replaced with a corsair pcie gen 4 ssd of the same capacity for the same price (because black friday) so that was nice.

Motherboard CPU debug LED would always instantly light up when I turned on the PC, so I bought a second hand CPU to try, that didn't work. Sent the motherboard back to umart last month (still well within warranty) and its been there ever since. Got an update yesterday that it is still with the manufacturer getting tested.

Bought a new power supply seeing as the entire PC is apart, corsair RMx 850W. It was the next part I was going to try before sending away the mobo. Fingers crossed the motherboard can be repaired or replaced. Its an x570 platform so I can't get it any more 😞

The tv/lounge room one is working fine, just my bedroom PC one is rooted. I'm a solid 5/7 on the scale lol

@biddie_fiddler haha thanks but no it doesn't make me feel better, now I feel annoyed on your behalf too 😂

I've been down that road and know the frustration well.

So what happened with JETURBO? Or is it top secret? Is no one allowed to talk about it here?

Yeah, the imagination runs wild. From what I had picked up his work was of a high standard, he even polished engine bays. Pretty hard to polish that turd on fb.

How do I nav to donating members area?
