Currently sitting here with party size bags of crisps including; Doritos, twisties, burger rings, salt and vinegar chips, Smith's original, cheese balls and cheezels.

Combine that with beer and vodka and you have the perfect get fat combo :nyam:

yeah, I can't stand doing that sort of thing for a long time (even with anything non-alcoholic)...

I only ate a few from each bag so it wasn't terrible. Just enjoying the holidays for a while :P

I wouldn't worry about that ;) I'm going the "long" game haha (code for eating a bad diet and extremely slowly out-training it :P)

Ha you can't outlift a bad diet, I've tried, you just get fatter lol.

Perhaps a mini cut will get you back on track, then a longer 8 to 12 week cut will fix you up. I'm sure you know what you're doing by now :P

oh yeah, I could... but don't want to :) a tiny bit of fat on my skinny frame is fine... but I've definitely been out-training my shitty diet since 2016 when I got back in the gym :) more also my reasonable self-control to not snack too much late at night.
