It took me years to get back to normal sleep patterns. One thing that still remains though is it turned me into a light sleeper. I always was ready to jump up in the middle of the night because my ex wife slept like a log. 1

Right now they wake up at 6:30am to 7:00am and it's on like donkey kong ie; me or the wife get up then breakfast, netflix and various levels of fighting each other.
