that's clearly the intake side haha.

turbo underneath/behind the engine would be the only way to go. Looks like the firewall would be in the way, though...

Rear mount dude.

Ya gotta love a good rear mount.:wwww:

The only reason these cars are getting turbo's these days is to bring them upto some sort of reasonable power output from a piss fart sized four pot engine.

Haha must be something in the water.  I've called a few tuners this week.  Once I fit the cat-back (already has a 100 cell) I'm thinking I might go for a tune that makes it a bit stronger around town, but without trying to chase big or quick numbers.

Canberra is an interesting place for that though.  One guy sounded OK but was very expensive.  One guy sounded great, but still seemed pricey to me.  He was using HP Tuners though, so saves me needing to buy an xcal.

The third guy was both expensive and FOS.  He misheard me and thought the cat had just gone on (has been on for 18 months) and told me I will get an engine light for overboost within a week, even if I drive it lightly.  (I'm not arguing that there isn't the potential for issues on full throttle or sudden lift off.) He also said that because of that mod the car is already making an extra 30-40 kw (I must have a magic ECU) and that he couldn't tune it for less than the car naturally wants to make.  Which is about 300 apparently and so I also need to do injectors, pump, cooler and valve springs.  Immediately.  Before it detonates in my driveway.  Oh, and he could well find other supporting mods he needs when to do once he starts, in which case he will ring me.

Ideally I would get it tuned here for simplicity if I want future changes or have any issues to troubleshoot, but given the cost and poor quality of work I've seen here to date, the car might need a trip interstate sometime.
