Hi Guys,

I recently changed the battery in my fiance's 2003 ford laser and since then it has had idle issues. Has anybody got a code reader i could borrow for a couple of days (for alcoholic reimbursment of course.) i would like to have a look at it over the w/end

Its a little device that plugs into th OnBoard Diagnostics (obdII) connector and allows you to read and clear fault codes in the engine ecm. I have one on order but was hopping to fix the (dr evil voice) "laser" this w/end.

Best of luck with that. I dont have one as you probably guessed but that is something that I have learnt today.
