It's actual instruction is You are able to drive to the State speed limit (which is 110kph in WA) however you should also drive to the condition of the road . It is general used in country areas where there is no issue with speed should the road be well maintained, and driving conditions good. ie. visibility and rain.D

They have these in Euroope also everywhere on the Highways but thier speed limits are 130kph.
