the tailshafts rules work sort of, if you follow the andra method the loop should go just behind the box/tailsaft joint, but since we've got 2 piece shafts there are mulitple points of failure

if dean/rob had fitted it up near the box it wouldn't have done much as it broke near the diff. the best solution would be to run 2, middle of each section. guess we was a bit luck it broke in the section that the loop was fitted

Maybe a 1 piece shaft would be a better option for serious cars? I can see Andra's reasoning behind fitting it at the gearbox end. It would be a nasty surprise if it was to appea throught the floor behind the front seat.....even worse if it was to head trackside and catapult the car.......

we where talking to a guy who got a one piece made up for his au burnout car. seems like the right way to go for serious track cars

after last night, I'm not going to run my car again until I get the loop fitted. its pretty violent when it breaks

now that we running boost launch thing, the chances of it happening are pretty high
