Didn't bring helmet or long sleeves to go for passenger rides either. Did a skid taking a turn between jobs instead to tide me over.

Came home in one piece, as did the car. Best of the night was again my first run (of 6, all before 9pm/burnouts) Traction control on, performance auto, no burnout, full street trim the total runs... Still cant beat 2 second 60' time. the second one (12.491, 5th run for the night) felt like the best. Felt like a low 12... but alas, no. So yeah... mods helped (previous best of 12.7) but I think if I knew how to drive it could do more

I gotta give it a crack or two before I eventually get my tune. I just think it will feel weird driving with a helmet lol like all tunnel vision driving Are utes slower than sedans? Cause no IRS? Grats on new PB though 1

We should swap cars and take them down the 1/4 and see what happens, your ute should be plenty faster than 12.5. Just noticed they don't list mph on the slip anymore? Converting it you are at about 115mph which is where I was most recently when I got the low 12's (though 5mph down on back in 2010 when I got 11.9). Cracking the 2 second 60 was not something I managed to do until going back years later. Not sure what I did differently...still didn't get a great 60 footer anyway, think my best was 1.9. Here's my slip to compare. Seems to just be in the 60 footer I think? Congrats on not breaking anything! Enjoy the evening out? Edited 02/03/16 04:58 PM by -Stever- 1

Feels like a different car when it launches with those tyres on Then it's pretty much just a case of finding the right balance on the launch and once you're out of the hole you can just keep it floored and the tyres won't slip I hit 11.8 with em and only 315rwkw I reckon you could beat that cos you got more top end power

Dont want to run ET's or semis or lower my pressures, want to get the best time possible in street trim. Even still, I think it has more in it. would love to see a good drag racer drive it to see what it could do. 1
