Grug Member 1,318 Member For: 18y 5d Posted 03/12/09 06:06 AM Posted 03/12/09 06:06 AM Got down to a 13.454 with 0.048 reaction time. Got 8 runs in total. My last 3 runs were sh*t... for some reason when trying to launch, the back wheels felt like they were bouncing off the track hard and it sounded like someone was laying into my boot with a sledgehammer.. Didn't happen at all with my first 5 runs so cant figure out what the hell was going on..

Generally it happens when you let the clutch out too quick and the tyres are right on the limit of slip/grip.

Grug Member 1,318 Member For: 18y 5d Posted 03/12/09 11:08 PM Posted 03/12/09 11:08 PM Its a ZF Auto... Not manual Could it still be axle tramp? Or is it something else?

Grug Member 1,318 Member For: 18y 5d Posted 04/12/09 10:05 PM Posted 04/12/09 10:05 PM The brakes? Are they that bad.. I went into them like 2 months ago to get them done, but they said they didn't have time and it wasn't covered under new car warranty. They pads had just been replaced about 2 months prior so I told them that was BS. They said they would call me back and let me know what was happening.. they've yet to call me back. It's due for service in about 1000k's so I'll bring it up with them then. Should I not accept the fact that they do not want to cover it on warranty and argue it?
