Thanks D.

TRACK DAY BARBAGELLO RACEWAY

Costs involved:

$3500 hire of track from 8-4

$200- covers public liability

$400- per instructor for the day, dont need one but will be good I think

$350 - paramedic

$4450 for the day.

I`m looking initally to have 15 people which will mean near enough $300 each.

each person will need a cams licence which is between $25-$40 (will link the application form when I can find it) you can sort that out youselves.

I think I am allowed more people, however I want 15 definates willing to part with 300 large 1st up. if more people are allowed/interested than the 300 will obviously come down and be refunded( ie 20 people =220 each) Money is to be cleared into my account by the end of april for your position to be secure.

Date: I`m going to pick a date in june, unfortunately if you cant make that day, well you cant make it.

requirements:

other than the abilitity to keep your car on the black stuff I think a fire extinguisher might be required but again ill check and update.

I will out the generousity of my own pocket will be providing refreshments and hotdogs on the day

Anything I`ve missed, let me know

other than that, game on people

Ross would have to check but maybe being a small group and time of year they would allow a small bbq? But @ P/C no... Could do a bulk order @ Subways? or whatever is close. Obviously not from your pocket. But that was a lovely idea...

Or we could look at some other option...

anyways was bored so here is the CAMS Speed 2 License link should be what you boys need for fun n games...

hah at powercruise in my bro's pit parking position, we whipped out one of those small butane bbq's and cooked a small feast. No one came to complain, but I guess it wasn't a regular large BBQ.

I cant see it been a problem, they have those fixed bbq at the back of the pit striaght boxes. might only allow it in certain area when small group.

enuff about food, you two going to come?

thanks for the link D, need to check but just having read the form says you need to be a member of a cams affiliated club, any chance this joint is??

Raise a ticket and ask?? I honestly dont know. The track day @ Collie that Simon did was CAMS he may shed some light on it, did Barbs not have that info?? The bloke at CMAS (John) didn't say anything about it, but I just read that too and thought.... Ross will get on to that...

Will have to check date as to our availablity.. Kids ect...

I'm up for this!

June should be good, as long as I give a fair notice of date to take off.

Cheers
