Think of it this way - someone runs a 2L surge tank - how long does it take to drain a surge tank on the dyno? IF you drain the tank directly from the intank pump, that potentially leaves race fuel in the surge tank. 2L of race fuel in a surge could be a sneaky way of taking the crown!
