Mi Goreng. I put on a couple of kgs from eating 2 packs a day for 2 weeks.

Improvize.. Mix sh*t up.. I put tuna in a cup of noodles,, oil and all

You gotta eat freaky...

Morning.....Oats in the morning

Snack after 2 hours

Apple or protein

Lunch.... Basmati rice with left over chicken??just an idea with a bit of sweet chilli sauce

Snack after 2 hours yogurt or lean wrap

An hour later

Salad ...

And main meal usual steamed broccoli vegies etc with steak rare to medium

Than a casein protein shake straight for bed.

This is what I ate today.....

I used left overs and had the best of both worlds

I sometimes wake up earlier than usual and have my meals made up for the whole day....organized to keep eating ;)

When do you get time to prepare all those meals, lol? I wake up at 6:30 for work and don't get home till say 5:00 (sometimes a little earlier).

It'd be like work, get home and spend hours preparing meals :/

It actually doesn't t take that long to cook sh*t up if your efficient.. Just make big batches and bung them in the freezer. It's not something you have to do every night. YouTube is your friend just look dif. sh*t up you'd be surprised how much u will find.. Expert like me in no time haha

Sorry guys but been in the food game since 13 and can work extremely fast in any kitchen especially in food prep.
