I think a diet plan is only needed in most cases if one is struggling with gaining or losing weight. Edited 10/11/16 11:14 AM by Puffwagon Spelling cos fark my phone 1

He thinks it is a slight disc issue and recommended that I don't squat or deadlift or otherwise load my back up for at least another 2 weeks. That involves every single exercise I do... It is fairly sore from fitting my diff bushes yesterday so I guess I'll just have to do stuff all for a while. So that'll be no lifting for 6 weeks all up plus I would have gone back two weeks from my previous program. I guess I'll slow down my squat and deadlift progression from here out. Ahhhh the joys of getting old. Edited 10/11/16 11:36 AM by Puffwagon Muh wording

It sucks because it is hardly sore but there is a definite pull or compression with how I sit and it feels ready to give me dramas if I push it. I think I'll get out an old bench that I have and do some iso movements that don't involve vertical pressure on my spine so I can keep some sort of conditioning. Even using leg drive with the bench has proven painful.
