Flat Floor Shifting or yeah WOT shifting. I think there are a few different ways to do it.

You can set it up with the factory PCM in b series (and I imagine you could in a fg as well) but it will still be fuel cut not spark cut. The problem with B series cars is the clutch switch switches the limiter on before the clutch is fully released and you head but the wind screen if you dont kick the clutch quick enough

Hrrm that sucks, the FG auto's cut spark don't they? So there must be a way to do it on the manuals.

Is it on all the time or just activated by throttle position? I.e above say 80% or whatever.

Its activated based road speed and clutch position for launch limit and clutch position and rpm for rev limit. I didnt think fg's cut spark...?

There is no fully operational 2 step that works with the factory ECU that I am aware of...... There are variations of launch control that can be manipulated to provide something similar but no where near the rquired spark cut, timing control, cylinder shut down etc etc. required for the system to be stable eg. 2 step controlled by a Haltech or Motec etc....

Even when it works 5 times out of 10 the ECU and other variables interfere with its operation, there is no short cut to a stable & repeatable boost launch utilizing a drag 2 step configuration, an aftermarket ECU, and dedicated bleed gate with separate solenoid is required, period.. :blind:

This has already been tested & tested below (far from optimal)...

Once my auto elect comes back I'll get him to wire up my trans brake and leave full revs hopefully it doesn't stall up to high. And I might not need a 2 step
