Tool to easily extract spark plugs - note the joint in the handle for the 6th spark plug closest to the firewall in the engine bay (furtherest away from front). Helps to get the tool in place by bending it slightly - though still need the length to lower into the engine for the 6th spark plug. There is also a bit of rubber inserted inside the socket hole to suck around the end to hold the spark plug and make it easier to align as you lower the spark plug into the engine. I took a vid of it in use and how to clean the spark plugs (shows removal of coils and spark plugs) - will post up later

... I know I've asked you this before lol, what video editing software you use. Free?

I use 2 packages - Videopad Video Editor and Windows Movie Maker v2.6

Vidoepad Editor is shareware but you get the first year of use free of charge fully featured. Costs about AUD $65 once the year's up if you still want to keep using it. I found it one of the fastest video editors to use with MTS - seems to load it up natively without much pre-processing and many HD vid capable camers use MTS format as it codes the frames as deltas from the last frame instead of making a full pic per frame (if that makes sense - to save on file size but makes editing a headache sometimes but Vidoepad seems to handle it)

I find Windows Movie Maker v2.6 good for titles - they have a lot of ready to use animated ones.

So how many of you guys were there? What things did you cover?

daztbo, Riff, MADTXI, K31th, EvilDaifu, Shyfrd, Paulie2256, TonezXR6T, KARTEL, turbogilly and MAXout (did I miss anyone with a forum handle?)

1. repairing oil overflow small hose that snapped off on cross over

2. clean out air-con filter behind glove box

3. boost solenoid cleaned out

4. showed how manifold bolts tightened

5. advice on checking brake fluid and steering fluid levels

6. drivers side window greased up so it doesn't stick when winding up or down

7. fuel line filter change over

8. headlight globe replacement

9. changing coils and spark plugs

10. resetting TPS calibration

Not bad for just on 3 hours - though as Kartel said DIY really meant Daz It Yeah
