I see similar oil temps to the Penrite(190-210F).Coolant temps also play a big roll in oil temps once at operating and above temps. Not only the tuner of my BA but also my miss's familys dyno centre reccomended it(they dont tune B series etc).I have the temp sender in the oil feed line for turbo so may be reading 10F or so higher than whats in the sump.

One thing I have noticed is its cleaning ability above the Penrite without sacrifice to the distance km wise from the oil changes.Every second fill I put some 15w40 GTX mineral oil in her for the day and then drop her and replace with ULX again and fresh filter.I use the gear oil also due to its success is heavy machinery.

PS:tbh, the synthetic was 10-15F cooler temp wise over the ULX but its stil well, well within the acceptable window...even on boost for a few laps no worries. As for colour change, not really a good guide imo, especially when the ULX110 is green to begin with lol.

Picked up my ute from smash repairs today after four days of it getting fixed because some anonymous d-nozzle ran into it somewhere when it was parked.

My first insurance claim ever !

$1600 for a minor ding in the passenger door and front guard ! Crikey !

gilly your missing a bolt on your turbo -manifold top right corner ( from the pic) go to universal fastners and get new bolts and norloc washers , one of the best things I did to the ba never came off again

Got my car back today too. $2500 for repairs to my scratched BA bumper that was replaced. Was more impressed with the detailing job on the interior than the repairs. Car hasn't looked this good since I bought it!

When I got my car fixed from the douche who reversed into my front bar, they did a good job on the inside too. Sister went to the same place and same thing, great job on the panels and the interior. Thought it was normal? Lol
