Nah I watched a bit. He uses a 40mm x 10mm stick that's rounded at the edge on one end and flat on the other.

Made a huge difference to the sound of the subs.

So after a bit of tuning I'm pleased with the results.

Having cold air made a large difference. Mixing in 10 litres of e85 to just over half a tank of 98 also made a large difference.

I'm kind of excited now knowing that I will get a better timeslip on Sunday than last time.

No farkn way buddy. Ya wouldn't read about it. Ya just got the new cold air set up fitted ready to go racing and then this. Sh¡t bad luck that is.

Ya should be right :ermm: to go drag racing still, just might have some violent vibrations coming from the arse end around mid track a beyond.

The video makes it sound like an old piece of farm machinery.

Not good at all matey.

Not good at all......

Haha it's not vibrating yet. I did some "mid track" tuning yesterday and it was fine.

Now that it's goes better it just spins the tyres when I change from 1st to 2nd.

I would take it tomorrow but I don't trust it not to snap with the extra grip.

Have a listen to it through headphones or large speakers, you can actually hear the exhaust tone.

Yeah true extra on a sticky as drag strip would reek havoc on alot of car with stock componentry.

I did listen it through my JBL speaker still sound pretty grindy. Hehe.:P

Definitely not worth running the risk of bringing it home on a RAA tow truck.
