Thought I bent a valve, but it was just the pcv valve opening and closing because the sh*tty vacuum hose I used doesn't like heat and turned into a whoopie cushion.

Black ceiling and new leather boots are on my to-do list! Leaving them till I actually have time to spend on enjoying my ute though.

Finally fit new brake switch last night, left for work this morning, 😕 still playing up. Stressed about it all day. Just now thought to check the fuse aaaand I'm an idiot lol. :hammerhead:

Got alignment done yesterday by a local mechanic/suspension specialist and not the tyre place I usually go. He packed the factory mounts as much as he could and it's a lot better but camber is still a little out but close enough. We'll do a camber kit next alignment.

I'm thinking the rears wore down badly while they were on the front prior and were rotated to the back where the skids weight of the rear end just abused the weakened inside edge causing them to split.

Rolled the turbo out for the first time in a year. Gave it a wash and a air out. How good is the colour phantom.

It's that time again
Have owned this car for five years
Done all my own services except for one at 100k
Just ticked over 130k, I change the oil every 7.5k and it hardly uses a drop
Since I've bought it I have only used the oil in the pic
I know there's a lot of sh*t said about oils and I say each to their own
This service sees me just under 100k since I bought it
Engine still runs like a dream
It's a daily with at least one WOT per day
The only problem I have is the ZF has recently started to be a bit clunky on low throttle changes from 1st to 2nd
Apart from that I'm still in love [emoji1787]
