I'd heat it up to loosen and re-use it, but that's just me...

Thanks K31th! Heat is not a tool that ever crosses my mind to use. But worked perfectly.
I've got new bushes & tubes anyway so I'll install them while I'm here.

Done some wiring for my fuel pumps, thought I'd have a crack at doing it properly. 7358a72f465846192dfc1b243357ebb4.jpg2f800167a46507681635b4dada3d330d.jpg

Friday, so drive the F6 to work day. Drove home late on the back roads. Sprayed rubber in 3rd and 4th , so much fun. Car running perfect and pulling hard.  Was going to change the diff oil.  But after 14K still looks new , so didnt bother. Will use the oil in the territory diff. that's done 40K so might be dirty???

Battery relocation to the boot done so I could fit a turbo side intake. Bought the elbows locally and fitted a ryco 02 rush pod. It's a pretty big unit!!! The induction noise and flutter is ridiculously loud now, I didn't expect it to be that loud lol. Also fitted a breather line to catch can that I've mounted behind the lh headlight. Now to enclose the pod as best as I can.
