You using those for wrist support.

When I was benching 50 kg plus DBells I found my wrists gave out before my muscles.

If I get anywhere near that again I'm curious if they work.

Yeah kimbo

I am starting to really push some big numbers for a chick in bicep curls and dead lifts and squats etc etc and after arm day and certain things my wrists are a bit tender for a day and I need to do leg day to get over the tenderness so I thought I'd give em a go

Will report back

I love gloves but I also been reading they can hinder the strength naturally in the hands so I'm gonna try just the wrist supports for now
