No problems. Yes it is more effort but I believe if you are going to that extend than that is probably the best and cheapest way of doing it. I myself just used flashtac on my BA doors but 100% covered them both inner and outer skin as flashtac is bitumen based and not as good as the quality stuff. With the holes though I just lay the flashtac loosely over the holes, rolled the hard sections flat and heated it up then put the trim on so it stretched the flashtac. Not the best method but I wanted it sealed as best as possible at the time!

At about 10 the first game will be test loaded and the rest will go out the window from the remainder of the next 2 years of game play....

what video card/cards are you running for this mighty rig?

What frame rate do you get with 3 screens?

just curious as Im interested in getting more screens and wondering how it will impact performance.

Just completed 20 laps in the open wheeler Formula Abarth @ Magione (Assetto Corsa career mode) running all settings on Ultra, getting 50-60 FPS with a GTX 690 air cooled @ 71 degrees with one 34" monitor @ 1920 x 1080.

fastest lap qualifying: 1:14.7, fastest lap race: 1:14.8

Am running 2x980GTX's - overkill for the 3 screen cockpit, but main monitor is a 4k 40" one.

Gets me a steady 60fps with most things maxed on just about everything I've tried.

Running with v-sync on ATM so it doesn't budge off 60fps. Will turn it off at some stage and see where it's at.

Didn't even look at the settings, so not sure if it was on ultra or lower.

Just finished hooking everything up and cut a few laps of the Island and the Mountain.

Been ages since I drove anything, so am very rusty. I did manage a few clean laps.

Also managed to write off a couple of FG's

Need to get the spirit level out and get the screens properly aligned, mount and hook up the speakers and work out how to mount the buttkicker (they didn't send me the gamer one I ordered which is simple to attach, but the model above which isn't easy to mount)

MX-5 day tomorrow, getting my eye in and then I go live : )

Son's got a mate coming over tomorrow so will be the 2 cockpits running the PS3's and Gran Turismo. Might not get to race afterall :S

(I don't usually spurge or go overboard like this, but it was a good year and did the hard yards over the previous couple of ones - birthday is next week so I decided to spoil myself)
