Maybe ghey to most, but my it's my xmas pressie to myself this year.

 

I also got the mincer and sausage attachments, so will be making my own burgers and snags for the bbq - that counts as cool? ... right?....

Fark yeah, the missus has something similar, just a different model/brand.

 

I made bubble and squeak with the mincer attachment in an attempt to keep food wastage down.

 

Home made snags with quality meat and fresh herbs and spices sounds like a good thing to me :bbq:

Bloody oath - last ones I did (pork) I chucked some crannies, walnuts and herbs, guinness in - YUM

Just got a reply from her

 

Apparently the folks bought me a very decent sausage machine for xmas - has 4 sausage nozzles - different sizes (the attachment only has 2)

 

Am going to be in heaven - the mincer attachment will definitely get some use

 

Anyone want some snags?

I'll chuck in an order too then he can drive over and drop them off.

If I use proper casings to make the snags they need time before you cook them, so that'd work ;)

I've never made snags so I wouldn't know. 

 

Nothing wrong with a sausage fest though.
