Cool Stuff You Just Bought

Good ones are hard to find. This one was a little rough, but all there.

 

Parts are getting hard to come by, as the high metal recycling in the past resulted in a lot of cars being crushed.  I ended up purchasing an extrelely tidy VN Berlina as a parts car.

It's actually Alaskan white. The colour was trialed on the last of the VN's for the upcoming VP models. Kind of makes it a bit unusual and could be considered rare.

You should have purchased it. They are starting to pull some reasonable money, and I think that they will continue to rise. This will be restored to complete stock condition.

after I made my pool cooler invention thingie,  I wanted an accurate temperature monitoring system

so good old eBay comes to the rescue again 

$29 wireless thermometer 

gives max/min/current water temp of transmitter and ambient air temp of receiver

With the lockdown and 5 kids stuck with me for the duration I decided to run a D&D campaign for us to release some of our pent up rage over the dining table.

 

Bought each kids a set of dice for themselves and bought myself a 3D printer to print out miniatures for the characters and monsters.

 

So far I've printed 4 goblins, a pig, a dog missing half a head, a T-Rex. a tugboat, 2 rifles, a dwarf with no arms or legs and 18 lumps of fscked up melted plastic.

 

Pretty soon I'll be able to print one of the cup holder do-dads for the FG

Given the Rona situation I didn’t get to go get my birthday present straight away...  but after some patience I got a session with a pro picking out a new driver thanks to my wonderful husband and allegedly my children (who must have been working awfully hard for being so young to afford it lol).... I ended up being super lucky and found one that just felt amazing and worked with me, plus some other awesome goodies. Can’t wait to try them out this weekend 🥰
