You can't be to carefull with potential head injuries I guess but fark it is a depressing place to be. 1

Owner thinks I am trying to drive the price down further when I gave an estimate of 16,000 to replace with a structural block wall.So they want me to pay one of my competitors to confirm that cost.. f*ck me. I'm ready to just use the escape clause and give up on this DaMN house. 2

Toddler bed now he loves it and surprisingly stays in it all night till he's ready to get up 1
