It was for the best, she struggled but was unable to push her rear legs up that morning. She walked after being helped up but was wobbly and we could see where it was headed. Vets were unable to say exactly what was wrong, multiple symptoms that didn't add up. Where we buried her is a nice spot under two massive gums. A butterfly was oddly out of place and hanging around for a while during the digging, which was somewhat calming and pleasant to see. Universe reminding us we did the right thing perhaps. 4
