Back onto dodgy electricians, solar installers found one of the old panels CONNECTED TO ITSELF.

We even had the installers back here years ago who told us that everything was fine.

Goes to show, if you're getting solar only pick high quality products with high quality installers!

Warning long post...

These last few weeks have been extremely challenging for me...

My mum has been ill and therefore she can no longer look after our son anymore.

(Not even going there that's another wpmo)

I have as such had to organise childcare from now onwards but until huds starts next week ive had to take a month off to care for him...

Ive worked many jobs ... some 65 hours a week... I work now (2days as ive scaled back) and study all at once... I like to think ive had my fair share of challenges in my.working life thus far.... but today I realised that being a mum really is the biggest challenge ive ever had to face...

Huds isnt always an easy kid... hes very boisterous and hard at times ... today was just a struggle from start to finish... he really pushed me to limits I never want to be pushed to.

Being a parent sucks so much sometimes... you question constantly if your doing right or doing wrong... you dont have any set targets or guidelines like at work... you have no end goal... its a constant battle... a game of footy... but u dont know where the heck the goal posts are. Having a boss who is super demanding... but no matyer how much u do or how well u do it they just dont care... dont appreciate it... yell at u constantly... throw sh*t at u... sh*t on your floor and piss on your bed. Being at work is so easy compared to what I went through today for me...

I go to work to keep myself sane and I truly remember why now.

The biggest difference between work and being a mum is that u can leave work... go home... escape... quit if u really want ... u cant quit at being a parent... u can escape it for a while sure... but its always gonna be there wheather u like it or not...

Dont get me wrong... its not brain surgery... its not saving lives... its not physically demanding... but jesus it can get hard.

When their babies its the easiest... dont care what anyone says... and huds didnt sleep through til two years old so its not like he was an angel.... but as they get older it seems to get harder...

Its all worth it yes I know.... but as im sitting here guzzling this lovely glass of vino trying not to crawl into the fetal position and rock myself to sleep that doesnt always seem like compensation for the day gone by... but I know when he wakes up in the morning (hopefully in a better mood) he will give me a kiss on the cheek like yesterday and say "wake up mummy" ....and it will all be better.

All im tryna say is... if your a dad... go home ans kiss your wife tonight and tell her u appreciate all shes done for your family. And if your lucky enough to still have a mum then send her a message ... or better yet call her... tell her u love her. Coz I sure hope that's what huds does in 20 years time for me.

TLDR version.

Huds pissed off Fluff but she still loves the little guy and also appreciates her mummy a lot. Thank me later.
