Auspost........been at home all day waiting on parcel NO knock at door and postman delivers the mail and there is a "YOU HAVE MAIL" (red card thingy) saying pick up parcel from post office.

Get fuked, they didnt attempt to deliver parcel.

So I not long ago got off the phone to Auspost and made a official complaint. I paid extra for express post because I needed it ASAP.

Lazy MOFO got bastard

The funny thing is AusPOST also owns Star Track and uses the same drivers, who I have never had not deliver to me.

The last few times I bought using Express post, I also got carded whilst at home, the lazy b*stards CBF pressing the button for level 4 on the lift FFS?

So if there's a courier option, I use that from now on, at least the $10 - $12 difference gets it to me.

Don't even start me on AusPOST's tracking with there nothing being updated for a week and then it turns up or says "On-board for delivery" for two days in a row.

Ouch, maybe only quote verbally?  Hope that doesn't happen too often.

What's usual labour time for drop and reinstall rear cradle? Just got quoted 8 hours! At $140 per hour. Were quoting on rear clunk (but diff bushes already done previously). Came out with a quote for all 4 shocks and every rear end bush. Which one is causing the clunk? Ahhhhmate it would be a combination of all of them. That labour is just for the cradle in and out - was more hours for installing all the new stuff.

For some reason "Ralph reckons he can do two in a morning" was lost on them.
