No ridiculous because of how he acted with the whole thing.. Told me he was following me for ages doing 110 and barely catching up. If I was doing 104 and he had his speedo set on 110 he was actually doing 106.. Which means he was gaining on me at a rate of 0.54m/s.. And he didn't pull his lights until he was right behind me.. If he had used lights earlier (ie: prior to doing a u turn to 'chase' me down) I would've pulled over straight away..

And yes I think booking people for 104-105 in 100 zones is ridiculous.. That's not a dangerous speed and is well inside the factor of safety of operating speeds used for designing roads.
