Had to head to a town 20kms over this morning, dreading finding pup on the side of the road.

Going to start my own small business this year seeing I've been doing it for years without getting paid. Time to start getting paid for something I love doing.

Fingers crossed all goes well.

Next I need to get web page/design. Anyone know of any good companies in Australia that do eCommerce website.

I have 3 websites on the go now where I deliver the full package including advertising +SEO. My guy works on a basis where I pay him when the website is live on my clients server. I wouldn't tend to take on any more projects so when I say hit me up, I only mean I can point you in the right direction so you don't pay $15000 for a crappy online shop where you could get something superior for more like $1000-2000.

 

even on my own businesses' website we are being flooded with calls, already have two extra tradies including myself and about to purchase two more vehicles plus tools and test equipment for both. interestingly enough in 2 weeks say we had 75 clicks from the ads to the site, the site had more like 160 visitors in that period of time so ads work but so does good search engine optimization and a reasonably good quality website.

 

I know of many aussie companies ripping people off, they get it done in india then they have a team in australia to polish it up and twiddle their thumbs (cause they're bloody useless). kinda like what im doing except I deliver the whole package so I drive RELEVANT traffic to the website. although I tend to pay $500AUD for a website and charge $5000 depending if ads need to be setup, social media etc.

Cheers mate I would love to get it done now but need to save up before asking people to take on the job. $1000 to $2000 is right up my ally.

I currently do my surf clubs web and social media stuff and use wix, very easy to use but not for my own business. Looking for something a lot more professional.

I got my consumer main replaced from my main board all the way to the power lines. 

 

I also had everything in the main board replaced so every circuit in the house is individually rcd protected.

 

I'll definitely be getting the same guy to rewire the entire house later in the year.
