Yeh fun fact is that for years adhd was considered something only kids got, typically meds were discontinued when they turned 12 or thereabouts.

Current research shows that a pretty high percentage continue with those symptoms throughout adulthood.

Interestingly enough I was never diagnosed as a kid as I wasn't disruptive and did pretty well in school.

Edit

Nice one puff, 8/20 is good effort ;)

Finally went to a pysch the other day who straight up diagnosed me with adult adhd and prescribed me, started it yesterday and the difference is very noticeable, pretty happy so far.

I was diagnosed with ADHD as a kid, I was super disruptive and found concentrating pretty hard. Stopped medication at some point during high school and managed to graduate uni and be a somewhat responsible adult. I still do struggle with concentration though and find I think...A LOT and have lots on the go at once generally. Can be pretty handy at times, but not at others.

Glad to hear you're able to notice the difference already, hope it continues to help you out.

My few year old laptop hadn't started getting pretty slow and taking AGES to boot and login, so finally got around to formatting and did a fresh install of W10. Lightning fast now, literally boots up pretty much instantly...should really have done it much sooner.
