Thanks to Kyle and Dan for organising the great drive today, I'll put some pics up later on. Also if anyone has good footage of my car let me know...looking at you Toads/Chris! Shoot me a PM if you like.

Boris...how'd you go after we left the airport...? All good I hope.

Cheers Kyle for organising. If I'd known you weren't going to actually come on the run I would have made sure I was better prepared and actually knew the route properly, rather than the vague idea I gave Kyle to work with. Cheers to Phil and Mrs Boganspeed for leading!

Oh and yeah, how awesome is the Bakers Hill pie shop?! Thought you guys would like it.

I was a bit devo Kyle couldn't come along...sorry I was 20 mins late as well, I should have met you along the way!

Here's a vid when we pulled over to wait for Dan. He made the wise choice of driving right on by instead of turning in!

looked like a good drive. my apologizes for not being able to come along, had to be at the airport at late notice. credit to Dan for the map idea, sounds like it was worth it. How'd Chris go for fuel? And hope Vicki enjoyed the airport stop.

Chris had to head home as we got to Mundaring unfortunately, but seemed to enjoy himself up to that point. Boys that plague of bugs we drove through did a number on my nice clean car :(

All good. Sounds like you made the right choice there! Hope she's OK.

Those flying ants were crazy. I tried to snap pics but you can't really appreciate the size of the swarms. Dashcam has no hope of filming such tiny dots in the direct sun either. Had a few of them over the front of the car though :)

Looooooooooooooooved the hills run. Had no idea Brockie's fatal off was on that road, thought it was at the Weir.

Tyres got punished as they should but still haven't hit wear indicators yet...impressive lateral grip for such nasty tyres too I have to say! As good as the KU31's I used to have in 17".
