Nar no way dude there's some that can pass the pleasing aesthetics like the sonos and klipsch even the denon sound bar and sub ( not heos ) but are all up there on the price factor

The lower end priced units are tacky as feck

As I said I'll see the "right" thing one day and I'll pull the pin but I'm shocking at procrastinating lol

Anybody with soundbar hookups still ?

I'm currently running, in a small open living area, a Panasonic Viera Smart TV / Sherwood 7.1 CH amplifier / Bose rear wall mounted speakers / Wharfeldale centre speaker / Wharfeldale front wall mounted speakers ... I'm not enjoying it ... Aesthetics and setup reasons.

Looking at ditching the amp and speaker setup and going soundbar setup.

Is a sub a requirement for a soundbar or can they hold their own without ?

Do I just connect the soundbar to tv and off we go? No syncing of audio required ?

I'm thinking about going a Panasonic soundbar, as I have a Panasonic tv and DVD player ... I want instant integration.
