Nice one on the house stripes!

Much better feeling owning a house

Get ready for the bill shock - council rates, water rates, building insurance, few of the things you don't have to worry about when renting

Just got the split systems installed at home,
Mitsubishi electrics 8kw in the main living area

3.5kw in the bedroom

Both outdoor units weren't back to back so had to pay a bit more for installation, but much better having them in the useless part of my yard, eventually I'll screen it off to hide them

Also paid for the Wi-Fi upgrade so I can be full blown lazy and turn the a/c on before we get home on a hot day

yer if you have more open plan it works great, my lounge connects to the rest of the house like a T shape and the ac struggles to get down the hallway a bit. as it has narrow doors. oh well.

Looks great Wilko. Just in time for those hot Melbourne days.

This morning I finally got my gate installed both side. One side meets and comply with pool regulations, has pool lock and opens outwards.

They where meant to be done before Christmas but the wait is worth it because his my fence guy.

Found out today that the current owners of my house had the patio built but not council approved...looks like they'll need to sort that out.
