I prefer the laundry having a door at the bottom of the stairs (where people will be coming from bedrooms with dirty washing) rather than only being accessible through kitchen/pantry. Would there be room under the stairs for your wine? 2

I'd just buy off the plan for intestment On the upside, went shopping for a good quality carpet yesterday and the guy just about spaffed on our feet with the sheer m2 for both houses.
